Four Points By Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown Hotel, Tallahassee

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked a refrigerator, which was a downside, but they were clean and cozy. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although I had an issue with a missing item. The location was satisfactory, but the surroundings could have been better maintained. The dining options were limited, leaving many guests unsatisfied. However, the facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were in serious need of repair with dirt on the walls and ceiling stains, but at least it was clean and relatively quiet. I couldn't believe there was no mini-fridge in the room; it felt like a basic necessity missing. The service, on the other hand, was phenomenal with extremely friendly and helpful staff, although I encountered a bit of an issue with communication about bar closures. The location was satisfactory for my needs, being close to the downtown restaurants I wanted to visit, but I didn't feel entirely safe in the area. While the dining experience was pleasant in the morning, having to pay extra for some items seemed unnecessary. The facilities were average, nothing special.

My room was very clean, but there were some clothing items left behind by the previous guest that the maid missed. The housekeeping was very generous with extra towels and ensuring our comfort. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof, so you could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the noise from the street if your room faced downtown.
